3nitiLab LLC ("3nitiLab", "we") is a small AI automation studio in the Greater Seattle Area, Washington. This policy explains what information we handle on this website and in our internal tools, including Faceless Studio. Questions: hello@3nitilab.com.

This website

  • You can browse this site without an account. It has no sign-up and no advertising trackers.
  • If you email us or call (425) 307-0344, we use your name, contact details and message only to reply and to provide the services you ask about. Calls may be answered by our AI receptionist, which sends us a summary of the call so we can follow up.
  • Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to run and secure the site.

Faceless Studio (our YouTube publishing tool)

Faceless Studio is an internal tool 3nitiLab uses to publish videos to YouTube channels we own or manage. It is not offered to the public.

  • When a channel owner signs in with Google, Faceless Studio asks for permission to upload and manage videos on that YouTube channel, to read basic channel information (channel name, videos, playlists), and to see the signed-in email address.
  • We use this access only to upload videos to that channel, set their titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists and publish times, and check their upload status.
  • Sign-in tokens are stored on our own computer. We do not sell, share or transfer Google user data to anyone, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI models.
  • Faceless Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • Faceless Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
  • You can remove Faceless Studio's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Email us and we will delete the stored sign-in tokens.

Sharing

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example email, phone and hosting providers), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep information

We keep messages and contact details as long as we need them to work with you and to meet tax and legal record-keeping duties, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@3nitilab.com.

Children

This site and our tools are not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
